There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGE of product after confirmation of transaction, except for product defects.

Yes, for defective products. Hap Seng Star will arrange the pick-up.

There is a 1-year warranty applicable for watches. For other merchandise, no warranty is applicable.

There are several payment methods available to you in the Merchandise Shop. You can conveniently pay by FPX transfer, Credit Cards or even ewallets such as GrapPay or Touch N'Go Ewallet.

Products will be shipped within-5-7 working days upon successful payment.

Delivery is possible within Peninsular and East Malaysia. Shipping to other countries is currently not possible.

Your products will be shipped by our shipping partner, J&T.
