Yes, refund of deposit will be issued within 5-6 weeks of cancellation, however 1.5% deduction will be incurred for deposit made by credit card payment.
Vehicles are acquire solely from within Hap Seng Group. These vehicles were merely used as demo vehicles, courtesy or management vehicles.
Yes, however prior test drive appointment is encouraged.
All cars under Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles were serviced at authorized Mercedes-Benz Service Centre using only genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.
Your Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Extended Limited Warranty coverage begins the moment the vehicle's manufacturer warranty expires. There are no time overlap among Manufacturer's 4-years warranty and subsequent 1-year Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty.
The Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Extended Limited Warranty is honored at any of the more than 34 authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealership nationwide in Malaysia. And warranty work will be done using only Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts.
If you sell your Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz to a private party, its new owner can continue the Extended Limited Warranty coverage.
